Day 29: Some Alone Time

Today's photo is taking time to oneself. I find that we get so wrapped up playing certain roles, feeling unsure of ourselves, and sometimes searching for a reminder of why we're doing what we're doing. Thus, activities like yoga end up becoming very popular with women -- we need that release and for us it tends to be some form of meditation. Some of us prefer to do it alone, and some of us prefer to do it through some physical activity.

So I encourage you to take a moment this weekend or this coming week to do just that. Recollect yourself, believe in yourself, and regain your focus.

It's okay to feel out of focus. We have those moments. Just remember to take some time to regather your thoughts, and regain your focus :)
